Our newsletter has gone from strength to strength over the years, evolving into a four page colour bi-monthly publication aimed at keeping our members up to speed with any news and events going on in the area.
Nest News, the name of the publication since it’s creation 8 years ago, has now been replaced with the new Involving You! And you can take a look at issues of this from the buttons below.
Linking Hands has also had a few face-lifts over time and is now a very popular publication. It’s frankness in content is very popular with our members and comes in an A5, 32 page format full of features, news, competitions and information all related to maintaining a healthy mental state of mind and also to raise awareness of mental health conditions.
