As a member of Involving Essex you can;

·	come along to our local mental health and well-being forums - find out about policies, plans, services etc. A reimbursement policy is available to members.

·	receive our publications: Involving You - our twice monthly newsletter containing information on events, members news and views etc and two copies a year of our magazine Linking Hands - where you can find a whole host of information and features - with members’ exclusive competitions!

·	contribute to the content of Linking Hands and Involving You
